ABOUT

There's a way to live more aligned with who you truly are. When you know and honor your values and needs, understand the language of your body, and hold compassion for all you've been through — everything changes.Aligning you to that truth is what our work together is about. At your pace, we'll explore what's going on inside you — through curiosity, emotional processing, nervous system awareness, and self-compassion — so you can come to know yourself with greater clarity, softness, and love. This work is somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in nervous system regulation. It is influenced by the work of Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Richard Schwartz, and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk.
